Études sur l'architecture de la renaissance française, circa 1852-1890, (bulk circa 1860-1869).

Scrapbook titled "Études sur l'Architecture de la Renaissance Française" contains 231 drawings and one etching, 1852-1890, but dating largely from the 1860s, which were commissioned by Daly and were to be published as plates in his MOTIFS HISTORIQUES D'ARCHITECTURE, and other works. A few depict contemporary buildings. Drawings are signed by Paul Faure, A. Riquois, Antoine Bailly, Auguste Breton, Clement Parent, and others. Many contain notes and comments, possibly by Daly, and Daly's dated and initialed marks of approval.
